Georg and Francesca wanted to convert there loft for a few reasons.
Francesca was expecting a baby and wanted to add some space to there flat. They also wanted to increase the value of there property with the idea of selling this and upgrading to a larger property.
On first viewing they sold there property for £30,000 pounds more than the cost of the loft. So all round very happy customers.
To say we were happy with our loft would be an understatement. My wife was expecting our baby while works were ongoing. It was pleasure to have the boys working around our home. They kept it very clean and tidy throughout the day and after they finished it was left immaculate. I highly recommend them
